You know you love it.
Since the end of season 2 of Real Housewives of Atlanta, Sheree Whitfield has enrolled in a fashion merchandising program at the University of Georgia; Kim Zolciak has quit smoking and returned to to work as a nurse at a nursing home; Nene Leakes has moved in with relatives to save money; Lisa Wu-Hartwell has taken a job as an administrative assistant now that her husband Ed is no longer employed and Kandi Burruss has entered therapy to discuss her issues of picking unsuitable men.
OKAY, NOT.
Here’s what the ladies have actually been upto in the past few months. Sheree told Honeymag.com that she is shutting down her fashion line She By Sheree. Millions of women and several drag queens weep for this loss. Her excuse for giving up on her dream is that it’s simply too hard to make a fashion line work in Atlanta. Yes, Sheree realized having a business took work and she’s too fabulous for that. Her next goal is to rip a page from Michelle Obama’s handbook and fight childhood obesity. That’s not a joke.
Kandi Burruss, reader of blogs has been battling Atlanta blogger Sandra Rose. Sandra reported that Kandi’s boutique, TAGS, was on the verge of closing and called her out for not knowing the phone number or street address for the store during an interview. Kandi took to her Twitter and announced the store was doing and great and now has online shopping, where you can buy your very own “I Fly Above All The Haters” shirt.
Kim Zolciak is now a lesbian. Maybe. Nene Leakes hasn’t been doing much of anything except Twittering and as of last week, talking trash about the rumored Beverly Hills housewives, saying they’ll be “all plastic.”
Surprisingly, the only person who’s said anything useful is Lisa Wu-Hartwell, who told Hollywoodlife that there will be a new Atlanta housewife for season three, but that the ladies don’t know who this mysterious woman will be. She says: “There have been names thrown around. They ask us, ‘How do you feel about this person?’ But no one concrete. It’s odd how they throw them in the mix.”
